Every house is different and its next to impossible to provide a  accurate quote over the phone due to the amount of variables involved. Quote price can depend on a number of factors including access to the property and their contents. Waste disposable is based on weight. Our vans go onto large scales prior to emptying and back on afterwards. The amount we are charged is the different between the two weights. General waste (Waste made up of mixed materials) is the most expensive to dispose of, most house clearances fall under this category due to their mixed content. 

We provide a free no obligation quote where we visit the property at a time to best suit yourself to take a look around. We are able to pick keys up for solicitors and estate agents if someone can't be available at the property. At the end we provide you with a transparent quotation. The quote is worked out by the cost of disposing of unusable items (as described above) and the time taken to remove them from the property and over to the nearest commercial recycling centre. Any items that have value will be used against the cost of the clearance and in some cases we are able to purchase the property contents.
